Pros

Working at AB InBev is a good experience. Teams are passionate and became a second family to me really quickly. The environment is nice, with a great office, good furniture, and good benefits. The company has good opportunities to improve your career and different talent programs to empower future leaders.

Cons

The structure is a bit bureaucratic and makes decisions and actions a little bit difficult, but the company is working on ways to solve this through training and changes in the culture. Benefits are increasing with time, but still far from other companies.
