Pay is pretty good,out of the weather for the most part, benefits are there but you have to jump through hoops to get them at a good rate. Pretty steady work
Cons
Schedule it's hard on family life with a 3 on 3 off rotation and switch from days to nights every 6 weeks working a long 12hr shifts. Everything is being more difficult then it has to be
