      Pros

      New equipment, energetic management, union contract. Good pay. Great people to work with. And of course 2 cases of free beer a month. Plus other perks through out the year.

      Cons

      Hard work all year round in any weather. Seems like management caters towards certain drivers because of their tenure with the company.
