Cons
To be successful means you completely buy in to the AB-Inbev culture that means not only living it but you know by heart all the principles and build it into your discussions. It is a fair and motivating culture but it is overemphasized. You can be dismissed due to the lack of your cultural fit: e.g you have a tendency to be critical. If you are only putting good effort and you are reliable and loyal don't expect any increase or progression. You have to put extra energy to your limits and over hours to achieve, often to the point that you cannot take it any longer. It's a place for workaholics and high stress resistance people. Also it's all about the costs to the point that even though AB-Inbev is one of the most successful and profitable companies of the world, it feels cheap...
