Pros

Loads of opportunities for young, ambitious people. Fast-paced environment and whoever wants to learn lots and stretch him- or herself to the max, then this is the place to be.

Cons

- Very poor work-life-balance. - Salary not adjusted for living in London - the company is based in lovely Luton, not an area you'd like to live - so can be expensive to commute. - No commuting allowance, unless you are lucky enough to receive a field-based role! Otherwise, be prepared to pay a ton of money to get to work every day. - Very little training given: you best be one of those people who doesn't mind being thrown in the deep end and is told to "get on with it" with little to no help at all. - Expectations are really high and you better deliver or it's goodbye for you. - Jobs are never held for much longer than a year (2 years in a role is considered long), which is great for moving about, but the company also believes you are to gain as many different experiences as possible. So if you know you love something, then this company will make you give it up for at least a year to do something else and stretch yourself. Can be good, but can also be a horrible year with no passion for what you do.
