Feedback - Analyst Anheuser-Busch InBev Employee Review

I recently joined AB InBev GCC. While the brand reputation and learning opportunities are good, the work-life balance is a major concern. The company follows a 5-day on-site policy with close monitoring of in-and-out timings, which feels quite restrictive. In a city like Bangalore, long commutes add unnecessary stress and reduce productivity. A hybrid model (2–3 days in office) would help employees manage their time better, maintain mental well-being, and still deliver great results.
