      Like any other firm, you rise from intern to partner or managing director so there is career growth.

      Cons

      Higher ups don't think their managers and directors can make mistakes. Was given high expectations about the firm, yet it has not fully held up to the standard I was preached Toxic environment within the office and other locations

      Free lunch during busy season

      Cons

      Very cliquey. Very dependent upon each manager and partner. Some partners were great, but others were rude/condescending/only cared about profits and chargeability. Company is growing very fast and rewards those who will work their life away
