- A lot of politics and favouritism. This applies to internal staff from Engineering. If you are not South American likely you wont stay as long in the company. - No honest feedback. Be careful as you might be thrown under the bus. -Little team work and too much competition within teams. The engineering team was built by secretly hiring two contracting companies who were eventually absorbed to full time employment. This is still evident by silos and how teams compete against each other. - There is no clear career path or promotion access.
