Pros
Salaries are pretty good and competetive, although they were cutting them down when I left. Workload is pretty low, but out of ineffiency and lack of expertise.
Cons
It's difficult to start. The things that I've experienced here could easily fit in any Tarantino movie. For starters, company culture is extremely political, not even Games of Thrones can reach such toxic levels. It's a pettyful circle of clowns celebrating each other over literally nothing. Company runs basically like a popularity contest where performance does not matter at all. Here, I had abusive directors who promoted unrespectful behaviour, where pissed of drunk 24/7 and were part of several situations of straigh out power-abuse; with absolute NO respect for woman. After reporting several violations of the company code of conduct, HR decided to lay-off everyone that had reported the abuse. Currrently, this individual was re-inserted in the company and still drives motivational post on LinkedIn. Other VP's were reported for harassment and nothing was done about it. When people followed up on this, HR pretend they never were notified. Ineffiency is so damn high, that there is people with multiple jobs on different companies, so you will probably have to work for those that have built their popularity. Beware of this company, because you might need to mingle with the worst of the worst, but they will build you a pretty nice golden cage. Trust no-one, since everyone is finding ways to stab each others back.
