Pros

Remote work, great device program for work

Cons

Compensation structure arbitrarily set with without supporting data to warrant it (i.e. conversion rates, opps created). 2-of-3 SDR KPI that go into comp schedule are metrics driven by AMs, and the 1 KPI SDR controls are all-or-nothing thresholds with no accelerators for exceeding quota, essentially it’s a comp schedule to minimize attainment of OTE. Good for company (less payout), bad for sales org employees, specifically SDRs. Would not recommend sales org, if looking for growth opportunities & ability to maximize earning potential due to comp/incentive schedule.
