Pros
- The work culture was amazing - The facilities were top class. - The work environment was conducive for learning and excellence. - There were a lot of top quality software engineers to help in the event of blockers. - It was nice to earn and learn how to write quality software. - There was an emphasis on learning how to write software the right way. - The software engineers were introduced to world-class standards and there was an encouragement to adhere to these standards.
Cons
- The pay wasn't great, but on the positive side, there was a lot of learning. - It became more difficult to get promoted as time went on.
