Pros
They do well to hire smart and personable people.
Cons
The sales team is really poorly. The SDR quota makes no sense and hardly anyone can hit it unless they work over-time. The idea is to basically use these people to do grunt work and underpay them until they eventually get burnt out/fed up and leave, and then repeat the cycle with someone else. They also just cycle through AE's (not a good sign) in an attempt to keep the sales team going. There's very little to no room for growth as managers rest on their laurels, while not actually doing much to encourage or incentivise people. HR is also comically bad. There's basically a lot of talk about progressive values and having employees be able to voice their opinions, but in practice it's the total opposite. Problems are swept under the rug until they absolutely have to be addressed, and even then people don't feel comfortable (especially with HR).
