      Pros

      The culture at Andela is one that you cannot perceive anywhere talk more of seeing, Andela is an embodiment of talent, her strategy in empowering her staff with the right resources so as to improve their skills to become world class is one that is spreading like wildfire as it is no longer her staff that is affected but the community and world at large, I cannot recommend Andela Highly enough.
