- Great Culture - Opportunities to grow within and outside your core function - The opportunity to work with the brightest minds as co-workers - They genuinely care about you as an employee - Employees are encouraged to speak up and Andela actually listens - Very big on collaboration - No compromise on their values: Andela lives and breathes its EPIC values
Cons
- Fewer benefits; Andela Nigeria provides good Insurance (health and life), Stock Options and daily meals but no additional benefits for non-developers and this appears to be very important to Nigerians. However, this may be understandable as Andela is still a startup and isn't yet profitable)
