Cons
Rapid Change in Policy ---------------------------- As a startup, the company is still trying to figure out what works best for them and this leads to changes in policies within the company that affects her employees. Salary & Promotion (I can only speak of the tech department) ------------------------------------------------------------ Base on its model, you are paid what they think you are worth based on a number of factors as opposed to how much time is committed to working or how experienced you are. The problem here is you can have people place in the same "level" with different performance and still paid the same salary. The same goes for promotions Learning Style ------------------ Its model of teaching or passing knowledge to the new recruits especially developers with no experience needs improvement.
