      I choose to work with andela because I believe am capable to the core and am willing to sacrifice all my time, skill and experience that I have acquired in life so as to meet up with their mission and vision

      I try as much as possible to work with minimal or no supervision and I try as well to learn more so I will like the company to also carry me along in what I don't know
