      Good place to find some nice people

      LayOffs are happening left and right, in the name of AI however the real reason is different. Once a project shutsDown, they'll " pretend " of doing the dirty work to save their workers, however its more like taking the low-cost ( aka India , Mexico and so on ) to other projetcs, and layoff the highCost workers ( coming from a team whose was laid off completely )

      Used to be a great place ro work, Not any more.

      Cons

      Completely Israel & Israeli focused. Current layong off 30 percent employees globally. But Israel is limited to 10 percent owing to Israeli shareholders. Only global organization in which the entire HR management is in Israel. So Amdocs is not really “global”. The management doesnt know how to become truly global. Most acquisitions are no longer contributing to the revenue. If you are in high cost country except Israel, dont expect growth.
