In many engineering teams, most members are Indian and speak their own language among themselves, without considering that there are international colleagues on the team. They may discriminate against you by portraying you as an unqualified developer—for example, by ignoring your questions or responding only the next day. They don’t recognize that your questions relate to necessary requirements and that they should share information with newcomers. This is done intentionally to make you look bad.
