- Amazing people, very helpful, thoroughly professional, show up every day and try to do the best job that they can. - Good software stack
Cons
- Less salary for more work - Work-life balance on paper but really is far from truth - Higher management is really bad, all they care about is profits. - Don't get fooled by weekly emails from CEO projecting how they are doing well for the employees, how they want work-life balance, how to they want people to enhance skills BUT its all on paper. - So many Indians in higher management now, so worklife balance will be the last thing they will care about (I am an Indian, worked in India and working in Canada now) so they will bring same work culture as we have in most of the company offices in India.
