      It is a great environment to work in and offers a lot of benefits for the employee. No micromanagement and unlimited leaves.

      Cons

      It all depends on the team. If you get a good manager and team, everything will be smooth sailing, and if you get a micromanager, things are going to be hellish.

      Pros

      Unlimited Vacation, excellent insurance, matching 401K, strong focus on wellbeing initiatives, and good career growth

      Cons

      Constant lay-offs causing low employee morale and low job security. No salary increases in the US for past 2 years and told you are "a high cost resource", which devalues employees' contributions.
