      Good place to chill, enjoy...

      Cons

      Poor compensation and bonus.. Its default and poor management by britebill cyprus team... No learning and growth. Would end up working headless with legacy products. Not a good place for learning and growth. Amdocs has created a fake image with it's branding and things like "Make it amazing" Skips the appraisal cycle frequently.. in 2020, 2023. Hike would be 6-7% irrespective of your performance.

      Used to be a great place ro work, Not any more.

      Cons

      Completely Israel & Israeli focused. Current layong off 30 percent employees globally. But Israel is limited to 10 percent owing to Israeli shareholders. Only global organization in which the entire HR management is in Israel. So Amdocs is not really “global”. The management doesnt know how to become truly global. Most acquisitions are no longer contributing to the revenue. If you are in high cost country except Israel, dont expect growth.
