      They don't value our skills and no matter how hard you worked. If you are not chamacha of your manager then you will not grow in organisation. Even manager and team leads don't have technical knowledge and experience still they are holding this position just because of chamchagiri

      Used to be a great place ro work, Not any more.

      Cons

      Completely Israel & Israeli focused. Current layong off 30 percent employees globally. But Israel is limited to 10 percent owing to Israeli shareholders. Only global organization in which the entire HR management is in Israel. So Amdocs is not really “global”. The management doesnt know how to become truly global. Most acquisitions are no longer contributing to the revenue. If you are in high cost country except Israel, dont expect growth.
