      There are good departments that allow you to grow and to contribute (and challenge what is done)

      Cons

      If you fall in services, most likely you will not be able to make a real impact as no one wants to be challenged.

      Pros

      Unlimited Vacation, excellent insurance, matching 401K, strong focus on wellbeing initiatives, and good career growth

      Cons

      Constant lay-offs causing low employee morale and low job security. No salary increases in the US for past 2 years and told you are "a high cost resource", which devalues employees' contributions.
