      Awesome work culture! extra perks! great food!

      Cons

      No guarantee of your career ! Depending on the project you may get same salary for 2 years. No equal treatment among employees as an amdocs employee. The management don't try to retain their employees. On sight opportunities are limited to accounts/projects. No one to think twice before beheading an software engineer simple demands(a hike). people are getting depressed here.

      Pros

      Unlimited Vacation, excellent insurance, matching 401K, strong focus on wellbeing initiatives, and good career growth

      Cons

      Constant lay-offs causing low employee morale and low job security. No salary increases in the US for past 2 years and told you are "a high cost resource", which devalues employees' contributions.
