If you are joining the Gurgaon team of SmartOps, you will be working mostly on the legacy tech and reduce your chances of learning and implementing any new technologies which are highly in demand and on which your future income depends. On top of it you are burdened with more and more work by the redundant managers and leads who are redundant working there for 12 and more years..if they apply anywhere else no company will hire this kind of manager that's why they are valuable for Amdocs coz they can play and do politics very well.
