      Employee friendly policies. Employee caring company.

      Cons

      Many - Indian Middle Management with typical crab mentality. Treat their resources like laborers. Most of the managers, directors are suited for becoming low level politicians. Completely devoid of common sense. This typical Indian middle management is reducing the company from being brilliant to mediocre. No employee growth. Typically functions like Government. Even Government departments are doing better nowadays.

      Used to be a great place ro work, Not any more.

      Cons

      Completely Israel & Israeli focused. Current layong off 30 percent employees globally. But Israel is limited to 10 percent owing to Israeli shareholders. Only global organization in which the entire HR management is in Israel. So Amdocs is not really “global”. The management doesnt know how to become truly global. Most acquisitions are no longer contributing to the revenue. If you are in high cost country except Israel, dont expect growth.
