      Pros

      Great work environment with flexible work timings. Mostly all projects have onsite options. Training and onboarding is quite impressive. Great infrastructure.

      Cons

      Comparative low salaries as per market. No long term onsite options available. Management is quite poor and doesn't listen to you at all.

      Used to be a great place ro work, Not any more.

      Cons

      Completely Israel & Israeli focused. Current layong off 30 percent employees globally. But Israel is limited to 10 percent owing to Israeli shareholders. Only global organization in which the entire HR management is in Israel. So Amdocs is not really “global”. The management doesnt know how to become truly global. Most acquisitions are no longer contributing to the revenue. If you are in high cost country except Israel, dont expect growth.
