      Pros

      Pros only for those who want to live and work in Pune for a company with no learning curve.

      Cons

      I'm working in delivery and the WLB is poor. Scrum Master does daily scrum two times a day and encourage working 10-12 hours a day.

      Used to be a great place ro work, Not any more.

      Cons

      Completely Israel & Israeli focused. Current layong off 30 percent employees globally. But Israel is limited to 10 percent owing to Israeli shareholders. Only global organization in which the entire HR management is in Israel. So Amdocs is not really “global”. The management doesnt know how to become truly global. Most acquisitions are no longer contributing to the revenue. If you are in high cost country except Israel, dont expect growth.
