      Very Friendly env betn teammates manager lead. Work culture is very good. and each and every person is very supporting

      Salary hike is the lil issue because when you join on nov 2020 and at the time of joining HR says that you will be getting your first appraisal in July. But they don't give it

      Unlimited Vacation, excellent insurance, matching 401K, strong focus on wellbeing initiatives, and good career growth

      Cons

      Constant lay-offs causing low employee morale and low job security. No salary increases in the US for past 2 years and told you are "a high cost resource", which devalues employees' contributions.
