      The company's name might help you in landing other good opportunities and you get to learn a good amount about the project.

      Cons

      There is no work life balance. You are forced to work on weekends for which you're not paid or given any compensatory off.

      Used to be a great place ro work, Not any more.

      Cons

      Completely Israel & Israeli focused. Current layong off 30 percent employees globally. But Israel is limited to 10 percent owing to Israeli shareholders. Only global organization in which the entire HR management is in Israel. So Amdocs is not really “global”. The management doesnt know how to become truly global. Most acquisitions are no longer contributing to the revenue. If you are in high cost country except Israel, dont expect growth.
