      Pros

      Since this is a product based company, the learning curve is good and also the in hand salary is better.

      Cons

      work life balance is worst.. the company has no value for employee and they care only about profit margins. People are only "resources" @ AMDOCS. The company holds not even CMMi 3.

      Used to be a great place ro work, Not any more.

      Cons

      Completely Israel & Israeli focused. Current layong off 30 percent employees globally. But Israel is limited to 10 percent owing to Israeli shareholders. Only global organization in which the entire HR management is in Israel. So Amdocs is not really “global”. The management doesnt know how to become truly global. Most acquisitions are no longer contributing to the revenue. If you are in high cost country except Israel, dont expect growth.
