      Great insurance, very stable company.

      Cons

      Not much of a career path unless you want to travel 90% of the time or more. Not great salaries and little to no bonus.

      Pros

      Unlimited Vacation, excellent insurance, matching 401K, strong focus on wellbeing initiatives, and good career growth

      Cons

      Constant lay-offs causing low employee morale and low job security. No salary increases in the US for past 2 years and told you are "a high cost resource", which devalues employees' contributions.
