      Very little but some of the people are okay

      Amdocs is a boring uninspiring place to work that takes management of paralysis by analysis to a new level. Innovation is non existent and it's difficult to get anyone to make a decision on anything. Everyone is an expert on everything and are quick to give their oppinion but never contribute when any real work needs to be done..

      Used to be a great place ro work, Not any more.

      Cons

      Completely Israel & Israeli focused. Current layong off 30 percent employees globally. But Israel is limited to 10 percent owing to Israeli shareholders. Only global organization in which the entire HR management is in Israel. So Amdocs is not really “global”. The management doesnt know how to become truly global. Most acquisitions are no longer contributing to the revenue. If you are in high cost country except Israel, dont expect growth.
