      Fair salary compared to other companies, especially if you do not have any experience, and have passed out from an average college Flexible hours of work in most of the cases

      Cons

      Repeatative work (mostly maintenance and production support) Your domain will be restricted to telecom billing

      Pros

      Unlimited Vacation, excellent insurance, matching 401K, strong focus on wellbeing initiatives, and good career growth

      Cons

      Constant lay-offs causing low employee morale and low job security. No salary increases in the US for past 2 years and told you are "a high cost resource", which devalues employees' contributions.
