      I was with Amdocs for 5 years, its the best company I have ever been with. - Onsite opporutnity - Employee care is the best in industry - Wide range of Technology stack used - Can easily change projects

      Cons

      - Becoming more like Service based these days. - Short site opporunity, no long term Other than this, I don't see any cons.

      Used to be a great place ro work, Not any more.

      Cons

      Completely Israel & Israeli focused. Current layong off 30 percent employees globally. But Israel is limited to 10 percent owing to Israeli shareholders. Only global organization in which the entire HR management is in Israel. So Amdocs is not really “global”. The management doesnt know how to become truly global. Most acquisitions are no longer contributing to the revenue. If you are in high cost country except Israel, dont expect growth.
