      Good benefits for the expats (except salary): free food, compensation for childcare, medical insurance, etc.

      Cons

      Salary could be better. The senior staff rarely have extra benefits... promotions are not fair and senior experienced people usually leave the company...

      * You can end up on some really good projects because the company has reach with different clients

      Cons

      * The company is not great with communication, so it's easy to be out of the loop on what is really going on * They're not straight-forward with raises and bonuses. They kept pushing the dates back and giving different excuses
