Pros
Awesome food and employee care flexible timings in development teams but not in support teams Good site opportunity,but in the end it depends on luck
Cons
Politics in higher management,will have to flatter managers periodically. Nothing new to learn,having legacy architecture, major products are already developed just customization is needed. (not a good company for freshers, only good for people having experience more than 3/4 years) Less compensation and hike as compared to its peer companies(only having a site opportunity can be beneficial)
