      1. Decent Salary 2. Plenty of opportunity to travel to customer sites 3. Nice work environment and food 4. Very good Management

      1. Works mostly in old technologies. 2. Sometimes you need to work more hours in the nights without any extra pay. 3. Not many opportunities to grow professionally.

      * You can end up on some really good projects because the company has reach with different clients

      Cons

      * The company is not great with communication, so it's easy to be out of the loop on what is really going on * They're not straight-forward with raises and bonuses. They kept pushing the dates back and giving different excuses
