Slowly loosing the value of company - Software Test Engineer Amdocs Employee Review

1) No work life balance 2) under rated processes and Manager is over powered compared to a HR 3) age old technologies 4) Many managers/ leads don't really have skills,infact they got the designation only due to their pay or years of experience - so u have to over work to cover them up. 5) Amdocs is 70% run by ATT, and in 70% of ATT projects,1 person is made to work that of 3 people min. All in all I would suggest you to not join unless u can sacrifice your life to work
