      Pros

      Great company to work for. Extremely smart and ambitious people that strive for perfection and they get things done. Global company, so global opportunities for travel and that multi cultural experience.

      Cons

      As with any consulting company the hours can be long and the travel as well if travelling. Many divisions, so the intra company challenges can come into play.

      Used to be a great place ro work, Not any more.

      Cons

      Completely Israel & Israeli focused. Current layong off 30 percent employees globally. But Israel is limited to 10 percent owing to Israeli shareholders. Only global organization in which the entire HR management is in Israel. So Amdocs is not really “global”. The management doesnt know how to become truly global. Most acquisitions are no longer contributing to the revenue. If you are in high cost country except Israel, dont expect growth.
