      Pros

      Some truly brilliant and amazing people to work with (if you're lucky enough). Great place to work at in the beginning of career. Interesting projects come along once in a while.

      Cons

      Poor feedback/ review of work. Not much growth after a couple of years. Inefficient managers/ GLs. Average Compensation. Poor bonuses. Tight deadlines, too much red tape and unnecessary procedures to get things done.

      Used to be a great place ro work, Not any more.

      Cons

      Completely Israel & Israeli focused. Current layong off 30 percent employees globally. But Israel is limited to 10 percent owing to Israeli shareholders. Only global organization in which the entire HR management is in Israel. So Amdocs is not really “global”. The management doesnt know how to become truly global. Most acquisitions are no longer contributing to the revenue. If you are in high cost country except Israel, dont expect growth.
