      Pros

      One of the best company who gives freedom of decion making, power of control and ability change and create impact.

      Cons

      Too many devisions, organisation split, contradicting and conflicting roles. You will not be able to servive unless you are a team player and collaborative by default.

      Pros

      Unlimited Vacation, excellent insurance, matching 401K, strong focus on wellbeing initiatives, and good career growth

      Cons

      Constant lay-offs causing low employee morale and low job security. No salary increases in the US for past 2 years and told you are "a high cost resource", which devalues employees' contributions.
