      Pros

      It is a growing, international company committed to success defined by the bottom line. It offers a decent salary and benefit package.

      Cons

      This is not an emloyee oriented company necessarily concerned about the overall welfare of the employee. Basically profits at any cost.

      Used to be a great place ro work, Not any more.

      Cons

      Completely Israel & Israeli focused. Current layong off 30 percent employees globally. But Israel is limited to 10 percent owing to Israeli shareholders. Only global organization in which the entire HR management is in Israel. So Amdocs is not really “global”. The management doesnt know how to become truly global. Most acquisitions are no longer contributing to the revenue. If you are in high cost country except Israel, dont expect growth.
