      Pros

      A lot of Onsite opportunities. Great Food. :) And great working environment, but that could depend on the particular project you get into.

      Cons

      Since we are mostly working on customizations on Amdocs Products, often there's not much opportunity to learn real coding. You miss out on learning marketable skills. Not recommended for Freshers in development.

      Used to be a great place ro work, Not any more.

      Cons

      Completely Israel & Israeli focused. Current layong off 30 percent employees globally. But Israel is limited to 10 percent owing to Israeli shareholders. Only global organization in which the entire HR management is in Israel. So Amdocs is not really “global”. The management doesnt know how to become truly global. Most acquisitions are no longer contributing to the revenue. If you are in high cost country except Israel, dont expect growth.
