      1. Work life balance. 2. Flexible working hours. 3. Managers are approachable. 4. Perfect environment and infrastructure to work and thrive. 5. Abundant on site opportunities. 6. Compensation provided is best in the market. 7. Multiple applications and technologies to work in.

      Cons

      1. Some of the technology is pretty outdated. 2. Work isn't that challenging and gets monotonous. Not many new technologies to work on.

      Used to be a great place ro work, Not any more.

      Cons

      Completely Israel & Israeli focused. Current layong off 30 percent employees globally. But Israel is limited to 10 percent owing to Israeli shareholders. Only global organization in which the entire HR management is in Israel. So Amdocs is not really “global”. The management doesnt know how to become truly global. Most acquisitions are no longer contributing to the revenue. If you are in high cost country except Israel, dont expect growth.
