      people are nice, and environment is relaxed

      Cons

      Don't come here hoping to learn how to build software. Methodologies, Tools, Operations is all outdated at least 20 years. You'll learn nothing that will be useful for your future, on the contrary you'll unlearn what you know - and it will be terribly bad for your CV. Accept a job here only if you really have no other choice, and need to eat......

      Used to be a great place ro work, Not any more.

      Cons

      Completely Israel & Israeli focused. Current layong off 30 percent employees globally. But Israel is limited to 10 percent owing to Israeli shareholders. Only global organization in which the entire HR management is in Israel. So Amdocs is not really “global”. The management doesnt know how to become truly global. Most acquisitions are no longer contributing to the revenue. If you are in high cost country except Israel, dont expect growth.
