      Once you know something people know to find you and keep you and you can go places

      First years are tough to get used to the shouty pushy attitude. The feeling towards it changes when you know enough to be needed and makes it bearable

      constantly under threat of layoffs, mostly contract work for other Telecommunications companies which are increasingly turning to competitors for opportunities
