      Pros

      Good food and a lot of on-site opportunities. You can get plenty of free time unless you are working for Vodafone India.

      Cons

      You will never grow in technical field. Technologies they use are way older. Hike percentage is also very low as you can expect in service based industry. Project and type of work is never fixed.

      Used to be a great place ro work, Not any more.

      Cons

      Completely Israel & Israeli focused. Current layong off 30 percent employees globally. But Israel is limited to 10 percent owing to Israeli shareholders. Only global organization in which the entire HR management is in Israel. So Amdocs is not really “global”. The management doesnt know how to become truly global. Most acquisitions are no longer contributing to the revenue. If you are in high cost country except Israel, dont expect growth.
