      Cons

      Contract company got bought and received a heartwarming welcome. A month later, all went silent and started its restructuring process. Almost everyone in the country got terminated and pinned down one by one each week and replaced by Indian employees. Like they said, that "best managed companies" list is a jobless list to avoid applying.

      Used to be a great place ro work, Not any more.

      Cons

      Completely Israel & Israeli focused. Current layong off 30 percent employees globally. But Israel is limited to 10 percent owing to Israeli shareholders. Only global organization in which the entire HR management is in Israel. So Amdocs is not really “global”. The management doesnt know how to become truly global. Most acquisitions are no longer contributing to the revenue. If you are in high cost country except Israel, dont expect growth.
