Pros

It's ok. Most people care about their work. They are trying to increase engagement but the company has been segmented for so long that no one believes anything's going to change.

Cons

There's no solid plan moving forward and morale is falling. The people who are there the longest tend to be supervisors but don't have very good people skills. They pay minimum wage and wonder why they can't get more skilled employees in the door. Their lack of ability to get new employee's means that the workers left over have to pick up the buck and risk being overworked.
